Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 28, 2026

Valderwick Technologies LLC ("Valderwick," "we," "us") operates this corporate website to provide information about our company and its software portfolio. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information associated with visits to this website and messages sent to our business contact address.

Scope

This policy applies to the Valderwick corporate website. Independent applications, including My US Path and Zentro, may have separate websites, accounts, data practices, and privacy policies. This document does not replace any privacy notice for those products.

Information we handle

Information you provide. If you email us, we receive your email address, your message, and any information or attachments you choose to include. Please do not send sensitive immigration records, identity documents, financial records, or passwords to the corporate contact address.

Technical website information. Our website hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, may process information such as IP addresses, browser or device details, requested pages, request times, and security signals in order to deliver and protect the website. Our email service provider, Google Workspace, processes business email delivered to or sent from our account.

The corporate website does not currently offer visitor accounts, payment checkout, or a contact form. We have not intentionally added advertising pixels or a standalone analytics script to the current website code. Hosting-related security technologies may still operate independently.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, operate and secure the website, communicate about relevant business matters, maintain records reasonably necessary for those purposes, and comply with applicable obligations.

When information is shared

We use service providers such as Cloudflare for website delivery and Google Workspace for email. They process information in connection with providing their services. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or security. We do not sell contact messages received through this corporate website.

Retention and security

We keep correspondence and related information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, subject to applicable requirements. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet or email transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

International processing

Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where we or our service providers operate, subject to applicable requirements.

Choices and requests

You may contact us to ask about personal information you have provided through the corporate website or to request its correction or deletion where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate business or legal purposes.

Policy changes

We may revise this policy as our website and practices evolve. The last-updated date above will reflect published changes.
